New Product Release | 12V BLDC Motor Drive GH468/GH469 Series

GoChip has just released a CH46X series new products, for 12V single coil BLDC brushless motor driver, which adopt advanced BCD technology and meet various segmented applications of single coil fans, water pumps, and motors. This series integrates high-sensitivity Hall sensors and current drive modules internally, simplifying the overall PCB peripheral design and making it more suitable for manufacturing miniaturized fan and motor control board applications. 


 The GH46X series chip has a built-in power reverse protection function, which protects the chip from damage when the power is reversed. It also has an overheat protection function to ensure that the motor driver will not be damaged at high temperatures. 


 At the same time, due to the full bridge structure adopted by the GH46X series output driver stage, which has the characteristics of high output efficiency and low ripple, it can be applied to high demand application scenarios, such as consumer electronics, industrial, small home appliances and other industries. 


 GH46X includes 2 models: GH468 and GH469. 


GH468 has the characteristics of wide working voltage (3~24V), strong current driving capability (500mA), and high sensitivity, which can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of DC motors/fans.


 GH469 has been upgraded on GH468, and built-in locked rotor protection function, which can effectively prevent damage caused by IC overheating and long-term locked rotor conditions, extending the service life of the machine. 


The GH46X adopts two packages: TO-94 (SIP-4L) and SOT23-6F, both of which comply with ROHS certification and support customers' different structural designs, providing customers with more choices and design flexibility.
